I discovered reflexology during my first pregnancy, a discovery that turned out to be a true revelation.
Each session left me feeling more grounded, balanced and calm in both body and mind after years of struggling with my hormones. It was such a powerful experience that I knew then I had to learn more.
After a long career as a translator and following my passion for holistic health and women’s well-being, I made the best decision of my life - retraining professionally in reflexology while carrying my twins at the time.
Over 12 years later, I am still just as inspired by the power of this therapy to support women through life’s many changes, especially pregnancy, perimenopause and beyond.
My practice is rooted in compassion, expertise and continuous learning. I’ve undertaken a wide range of advanced training to deepen my skills and offer truly personalised treatments for each client.
